Groundwork Education Consultancy is a policy compliance service for Victorian government schools. We were founded by someone who has worked in Victorian government school administration and understands firsthand what lands on a principal's desk.
The problem we kept seeing: policy compliance is every school's obligation and almost no one's specialty. Principals and business managers absorb it on top of everything else — or it quietly falls behind. The Department of Education's requirements change. Review dates pass. Mandatory approvals are missed. Not because schools don't care, but because it's unglamorous work and there is simply not enough time alongside everything else that already needs doing.

Your current policy documents — whatever you hold, even if outdated
Your school council meeting dates for the year — so we can time approvals correctly
